CLIMATE SALON
THE INTERSECTION OF CLIMATE, NATIONAL SECURITY, AND INSTITUTIONAL INVESTMENT
Climate risk is a national security risk. The U.S. military, critical infrastructure, and supply chains are increasingly vulnerable to extreme weather, resource constraints, and foreign dependencies. A growing number of transformative investment opportunities within the national security ecosystem remain overlooked by institutional investors. These opportunities often fall outside typical investment categories, either perceived as too low-tech or too deep-tech, or investors perceive themselves as lacking government sector-specific expertise.
The National Security Salon tackles the escalating need to fund national security and climate resilience in areas where private and government sectors intersect. The afternoon program opens with a keynote speaker, followed by six Lightning Round Presentations, an Institutional Investment Panel, and closing remarks by Diane Schrader before concluding with a cocktail reception. We convene pivotal conversations with government, finance, and industry to surface these critical opportunities and drive capital forward.
Following the success of our National Security Salon at NYCW last year, we’re excited to bring this focus back to New York again for 2026.
